After a ten year career in corporate marketing, Nia Randall (Nia 1) decided to pursue her dream of being a real estate investor. She co-founded Black Girls Buy Buildings to help rebuild and create housing opportunities for us, by us. Prior to real estate investing Randall worked as a Global Project Manager in TV & Film Digital Marketing. Before moving to Los Angeles, she worked in marketing for a commercial concrete construction firm in Chicago. During her time there she gained experience working with top general contractors and major public entities throughout the Midwest.

Nia Hall (Nia 2) is a fearless DIYer, seasoned Digital Project Manager, real estate investor, and aspiring interior designer. Her handiness comes from her parents who encouraged her to pick up tools at a young age. During and after college she traveled the world and has lived in multiple cities including New York and Houston; collecting the stories and artifacts of Black communities. Now, she is leveraging her skills in business, construction, and project management to revitalize neighborhoods and elevate Black Girls Buying Buildings.
